MUTEH’s mission is to find, engage, serve, and advocate for the homeless in the state of Mississippi while providing supportive housing services. They promote affordable housing development. Their primary objective is to transition homeless individuals into stable housing while also integrating and connecting them into the community. They provide help to those who need healthy housing, to those who need help with mental health, for those who need food assistance, and more.

Youth Villages

Youth Villages provides help for children and young people who are struggling with a range of emotional, mental, and behavioral problems. They work to find solutions using proven treatments that will strengthen the young person’s family and support system and improve their long-term success. They provide residential treatment, intensive in-home treatment, YVLifeSet (which helps those who are at-risk after leaving foster care, juvenile justice, and mental health programs for anywhere from 6 to 12 months), foster care and adoption, and specialized crisis services and crisis support.

Southern Christian Services

Southern Christian Services for children and youth have a variety of services, including their P.A.L.S transitional living program for those who are 18 to 23. This program helps homeless young men and women become self-sufficient, contributing members of our society. They also offer other services to those who need it, including trauma counseling and therapeutic group homes.
